Use this for short relaxations (3-10 minutes).
Where possible, reduce background noise, TV, radio etc.
Turn off your mobile phone or set to silent.
Sit comfortably with back straight;
Legs uncrossed, feet flat, hands on lap.
Take three deep, slow breaths.
Enjoy the images, gently see past them.
When you are ready, ENTER the room.
When you are finished, close the Meditation Room window.
